Our Guarantee
Our quality guarantee is simple. If ever you encounter a flaw in the workmanship or materials in one of our garments, please send it to us. At our discretion, we will gladly repair it or replace it for free if we find it to be defective. Damage due to normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Heat Street purchase. If for any reason you are not, please send your returned item(s) along with a copy of your invoice to: Heat Street, Attn: Returns Dept., 2421-C Second Loop Road, Florence, SC 29501. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend sending your return via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS. All clothing items must be returned in unused condition within 60 days of receipt. Sandals, watches, and leather goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items with alterations are non-returnable. Please allow 10 business days from the day we receive the return to process your credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
